PDMS( Plant design management System)
As it is known in the 3D CAD industry, is a customizable, multi-user and multi-discipline, engineer controlled design software package for engineering, design and construction projects in, but not limited to, offshore and onshore oil & gas industry, chemical & process plants, mining, pharmaceutical & food industry, power generation and paper industries. PDMS is owned by AVEVA.
The prerequisite to learn or work on 3D modelling software like PDMS is to have sound knowledge in piping fundamentals, detailed engineering, layout engineering of piping and plant/pipe drafting.
This course aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to use PDMS for design work. It gives an overview on the features and function of the product in each phase from conceptual design to the deliverables. This training will enhance participants’ experience in the new revolutionary PDMS design tool in the engineering field applied in Power Plants, Oil # Gas Plants, Chemical Plants, Nuclear Plants and Pharmaceutical Plants.
